What to Expect

If you've never experienced a reiki session you will likely wonder what to expect.  In my practice I use a massage table that I've made extra comfortable with a cushion on top.  There is a pillow and blanket.  Clients remain fully clothed throughout.  I only touch my clients on their head and feet with permission.  If you aren't comfortable being touched it's not required!  During the reiki healing session your only job is to relax and rest. 

I like to start a reiki session with a conversation to get acquainted a bit or to check in.  How long we chat is up to you but the conversation usually lasts 30 minutes to an hour.  The healing part of the session lasts one hour.  If you can plan for 2 hours that's ideal.  If that's too long let me know and we can adjust.  The cost for a session is $50.  I accept Zelle, Venmo, cash or check.
